WARNING: large file size!!! use caution if you have a crappie computer!
(If you can't find the death star, it's between the earth and moon)

This took a long time to make because of the file size, and I am very proud of it. :D

1 Pixel = 2 miles.

Well, this is an exact comparison of the size difference between the earth, moon, and the death star, and it really makes you wonder; would the death star REALLY have the firepower to destroy earth?

I assure you this example is extremely precise and this is the exact difference between all 3 units.
The information I had to work off of was that the earth is about 7900 miles wide, the moon is about 2160 miles wide, and the death star is exactly 100 miles wide.
The number's say allot, but I thought a picture would be more dramatic. :)


Thanks to NASA for the awesome pictures and hard work, and thanks to the moon for being there for us when we need some romance. ;)

I do not own "the death star" and do not claim to, ill leave that to George Lucas.

BUT... if you think about it, an h-bomb has WAY more firepower for it size in comparison, so if the death star found some way to focus 1000x that (for its size) firepower into a beam it just MIGHT be possible.

However, unlikely.

Did you know the death star is also hollow?

Yeah.

Well duh it's like a mega-sized space station. Of course it has to be hollow or the superlaser won't fit along with the ppl.
